01

Independence and trademarks

Anaconda Hood is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Anaconda, Inc., Robinhood Markets, Inc., Robinhood Financial LLC, Robinhood Crypto LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or partners.

Anaconda, Robinhood, Robinhood Chain, and related product names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the systems this software connects to. No logo belonging to either company appears on this site.

02

Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, tokenized asset, or other instrument, and nothing here is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. No fiduciary relationship is created by using this site or the software it describes.

Tickers and tokens named in examples and presets were chosen because they are widely recognized, not because they are suitable for anyone. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

03

Risk of loss

Trading equities, cryptocurrencies, and tokenized assets involves substantial risk, including total loss of the amount risked. Automated activity can increase losses beyond what a manual approach would produce.

Automated systems fail in ways manual trading does not. A bug, a stale quote, a network partition, a misconfigured limit, or a model behaving unexpectedly can generate losses rapidly without a human noticing in time. Agent-directed trading adds a further class of risk: a language model can be wrong, can be manipulated through prompt injection in data it reads, and can misinterpret an instruction confidently. Anaconda Hood treats every model output as an untrusted proposal and never as an authorization. Use it the same way.

04

Official interfaces and terms of service

Anaconda Hood connects to brokerage and chain services only through officially supported interfaces. It does not include, recommend, or interoperate with credential-scraping libraries: anything that takes a brokerage username, password, or MFA code and logs in on your behalf.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of every provider you connect, and for determining whether automated or agent-directed trading is permitted for your account type and jurisdiction.

05

Security

This site has no wallet connection, no key import, no seed phrase field, and no login. It will never ask for a private key, a seed phrase, a recovery phrase, or a password. Any site that does, including one imitating this one, is attempting to steal from you.

Keep broker credentials and chain keys in separate scopes. Hold signing keys outside the process the agent runs in. Fund a dedicated account with an amount you can lose entirely. Keep the kill switch within reach.

06

Market data

In demo mode, every price and change shown on this site is a fixed placeholder value and is labelled as such. In live mode, chain-rail crypto prices are sourced from CoinGecko's public API and may be delayed; broker-rail equity prices require a third-party provider key and are labelled as placeholders until one is configured. Tokenized equities have no public feed and remain placeholders in every mode.

Displayed data is provided for information only, is not a quote or an offer, and must not be relied on for trading decisions.

07

No warranty

This site and the software it describes are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of or reliance on either.
